What You Need to Know
 

WHO: Coleman serves adults 18 and older in all three counties.
 

WHAT: We accept Medicaid, Medicare, insured and uninsured customers.
 

WHERE: Locations in Lima, St. Marys and Kenton.
 

HOW: People enter treatment by first going through a screening process called SBIRT (Screening, Brief Intervention, and Refer to Treatment).
 

WHEN: SBIRT is offered at scheduled days and times in
each location. It’s also available at the crisis center in Lima anytime.
 

DETAILS: After someone is admitted to treatment, they
can call to schedule appointments.

Customers do not need a referral for treatment.
