The services include interventions and strategies that focus on recovery and flexible support to address the following:- Attention to the needs, desires, preferences and choices of individuals
- Change the intensity of services based on needs
- Provide mobile services offered in an environment most conducive to recovery
- Focus on maintaining individuals in the least restrictive environment
- Provide skill development and training in areas like money management, leisure and work readiness
- Proactively work out crisis plans to manage crisis times
- Obtain and maintain entitlements
- Provide medication training for safe use, storage and follow through
- Provide case coordination with responsibilities for integrated treatment
