Who We Help
The residential services and case management services are for adults who are Medina County residents dealing with severe and persistent mental illness. The services are designed to assist individuals needing housing support and support from a case manager to maintain community living. The individuals must be 18 years or older and willing to participate in the services. The individuals must be able to perform activities of daily living including personal care, cooking, medication management and home-care. With support, the individuals will receive coaching, skill training or retraining.
