Case Management
Case management services at Coleman Behavioral Health - Trumbull County provide persons with short-term (up to 60 days) intensive case management to include linkages with employment, income, housing and mainstream resources. Case management also encourages engagement in community-based, long-term mental health and/or substance use services for customers in need. Case management is also provided to youth who are participating in the Workforce Investment Act program.
