Coleman Behavioral Health provides an array of employment services to Trumbull County youth and adults with disabilities who are interested in becoming employed. The employment services include:

• Assessment, evaluation and career exploration
• Job shadow
• Job placement
• Job readiness
• Job coaching
• Follow along
• Benefits counseling
• Community based situational assessment
  

Coleman's employment services are provided to anyone with a disability who is eligible for Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (BVR). Persons may be referred from BVR or persons may contact Coleman employment staff directly and receive assistance with the referral to BVR.
