Coleman Consultation Services has secured a contract with the Board of Directors of the Community Counseling Center in Ashtabula, Ohio.  The contracted services include conducting a search for a new Executive Director for that agency, and also providing interim leadership during the search process.  Paul Bolino has been selected as the Interim Executive Director of the Community Counseling.

“Aside from the financial aspect of this contract to one of our enterprises, Consultation Services, we wanted to accept this contract because it gives our managers and staff the opportunity to experience new forms of leadership. Coleman's successful succession plan is predicated on "real experiences" with peer support,” said Nelson Burns, President and Chief Executive Officer of Coleman Professional Services.
