Eight one bedroom units, called Joey’s Landing, have been built in Warren and provide safe, decent, affordable housing for persons with a mental health disorder who are also homeless.

In October of that year, Coleman Behavioral Health - Trumbull County began provided 24-hour emergency prescreening and evaluation services to county residents as a result of an additional contract with Trumbull LifeLines. Through this contract, Coleman Behavioral Health also provides short-term intensive case management to persons who are not already engaged in services in the Trumbull County system of care and are in need of this service. Persons can also walk into the Trumbull LifeLines Access Center, operated by Coleman Behavioral Health, at any time to have access to an intake, receive a referral for services or work with staff to alleviate a crisis situation.
