Who We Help



Coleman Behavioral Health - Trumbull County serve children, adolescents, adults and older adults through a variety of award-winning services.
  • Coleman BH provides vocational rehabilitation assistance to anyone with a disability through a referral from the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation. 
  • Through our Workforce Investment Act contract, Coleman BH serves youth (ages 16-21) who have an impediment to education and/or employment and are income-eligible.
  • Our case management services are provided to persons who are not already engaged in mental health and/or substance use services and are interested in accessing services. Customers may also be in need of immediate assistance with accessing housing, employment and mainstream resources such as social security and Medicaid.
  • The respite program serves children, youth and adolescents ages 3-18 who are referred from the Trumbull County Wrap Around Program.
  • Housing assistance services are provided to persons and families with mental health and/or substance use disorders who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
  • Emergency prescreening, evaluation and crisis intervention Services are provided to adults living in Trumbull County who are experiencing a mental health crisis or desire to access services.
